The Digital Silk Roads and Beyond brings digital infrastructures, the mobility of people and products, and the circulation of ideas into a shared inquiry into territorial transformation. Asia and Africa are our initial focus, with the network’s geography following the connections we study.
Our website is now open. It introduces the network’s research agenda and confirmed members, alongside highlights from published research on the Digital Silk Road, the governance of the cybersphere and the everyday technical work that connects China and Kenya.
